In February 2025, Al-Khair Way Foundation and Indonesian charity BMBU organized Medical Day for Gaza in Zaitouna, Northern Gaza. Around 50 families received free medical consultations and treatment as part of a humanitarian effort to address limited access to healthcare due to the ongoing crisis. The initiative reflects both organizations' commitment to providing essential services beyond emergency aid.

In December 2024, Al-Khair Way Foundation, in collaboration with the Indonesian organization BMBU, distributed 45 food aid packages to affected families in Zaitouna, Northern Gaza. The assistance, which included essential food items such as yardlong beans, green beans, hummus, lentils, freekeh, bulgur, and macaroni, was aimed at meeting the basic needs of 45 families who had lost access to food due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

Al-Khair Way Foundation, in collaboration with Indonesian NGO BMBU, distributed 35,000 liters of clean water to Gaza’s Zaitoun and Sabra regions in December 2024. The aid, delivered through five trucks carrying a total of 35 water tanks, aimed to address urgent water needs in areas severely affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
